Time Travel: Separating Science from Fiction

In this talk Jim Al-Khalili will delved into the exotic science of time travel. As you might guess, when it comes to the subject of time travel, it’s often hard to separate the real scientific facts from speculation. Prof Al-Khalili, an Iraqi born British theoretical physicist and a popular science author, will discuss what real science can tell us about time travel. This will include a look at the idea of dimensions, an investigation into space-time, and how the curvature of it can cause a black hole to be punched in space. Naturally, the various logical and scientific paradoxes arising when considering time travel will be discussed. For more free videos check out our video section.
