In one of the most recent videos from the SETI talk series, Oliver Guyon talks about exoplanets. One of the main chalenges of discovering exoplanets is the fact that such planets, in comparison to their host stars, are simply tiny. This makes it almost impossible to detect exoplanets using conventional imaging systems. In this talk, Dr. Guyon will present alternative methods of detecting exoplanets for both earth-based and space telescopes. For more talks visit the SETI YouTube channel.
