TEDx: Certainty in Uncertainty

| April 2, 2013 | 0 Comments

When it comes to TED talks, I always feel that TEDx videos are a little underappreciated, especially when it comes to physics videos. Thus I would to share a few physics TEDx talks that I found interesting on YouTube. The first one is by  2012 Nobel Prize for Physics recipient Professor Brian Schmidt, who talks about the meaning and importance of uncertainty in our lives. Also, with a help of some students from the audience, Schmidt uses a number of demonstrations to illustrate the essential role of uncertainty in physics, mathematics and other fields.
