Lecture by Stephen Hawking at Geneva University

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a video with Stephen Hawking so let’s check out one of his public lectures delivered in 2009 at Geneva University. In this lecture Hawking discusses the problems of cosmology and his own work.

Regarded as one of the great physicists of modern times, Hawking’s work in search for the theoretical framework for a Unified Field Theory has lead him to some truly remarkable conclusions in his career which has given us new knowledge in the workings of the cosmos. In addition to his scientific work, Hawking has grabbed the attention of scientists and laypeople all over the world over with his popular science books including The Short History of Time, The Universe in a Nutshell and others.
