Stephen Hawking is a theoretical physicist who worked for 30 years as a Lucasian professor of mathematics at the University of Cambridge. His research focused mostly on theoretical cosmology, especially black holes. Besides that Stephen Hawking has become widely known for his popular science books like “The Grand Design” and TV projects like “The Brave New World With Stephen Hawking“.

Today we’re going to take a look at another great documentary featuring Stephen Hawking and his research. “Stephen Hawking and the Theory of Everything” looks at the world of theoretical physics and how it changed and evolved ever since Hawking released his best-seller book “The Brief History of Time“. And, as you might guess from the title, the documentary delves deep into the world of theoretical physics to show the ongoing search for the theory of everything and scientists who are pursuing it.
